Dreamplace Club is the free loyalty programme by Dreamplace Hotels and Resorts, S.L., designed to reward our individual guests and self-employed professionals who book directly with us (dreamplacehotels.com, Call Centre, or Reception).
General Terms and Conditions – Dreamplace Club
- Identification: To access your private area, we will use your email and a personal password.
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Dreamplace is not liable for misuse by third parties if you fail to protect your credentials.
- History: By registering, you agree to the import of your stay history associated with your email (up to 10 years prior).
The benefits are exclusive to the Programme Member.
- Personal Use: Benefits apply only to the room where the Member is staying.
- Accompanying Guests: If you are part of a booking but are not the primary holder, you can request your benefits at reception upon arrival; we will register you and add the stay to your account.
- Identity Check: At the hotel, we will request your ID/Passport to confirm your membership. Using your account to book for third parties (without staying yourself) is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of your membership.
- Companies: If you are an agency, you must use our specific portal: Dreamplace Club Agencies.
- Valid Channels: Official website, Call Centre, Physical Reception, and Flight & Hotel packages.
- Log in or identify yourself before booking to ensure points are added automatically.
- If you booked without logging in, you can import stays from the last 12 months if the data matches.
- Two consecutive bookings at the same hotel count as 1 stay, though you earn points for the total amount of both.
- Earn points for: registration, stay amount, extra charges, and visit bonuses.
There are 5 loyalty tiers. You can track your progress in real-time in your private area.
Terms of Benefits:
- Best Price Guaranteed: If you find the same hotel, dates, and conditions cheaper on another website, notify us within 24 hours of your booking.
- Special Touches: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, and priority counters are subject to hotel availability. Please request them at least 48 hours in advance.
- Online Check-in: Save time, but remember that we are legally required to verify your identity in person upon arrival.
We want a relationship based on trust. Dreamplace reserves the right to cancel your membership if we detect:
- Bookings made for third parties under your account.
- Respectless or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests.
- The use of personal accounts for large-scale corporate purposes.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your private area.
The purpose of this processing is to administer the programme to which clients have voluntarily subscribed with their prior and express consent, to better serve you as a client and to send you information relating to the loyalty programme.
Your data is safe. We use it to manage your stays and, with your permission, to send you offers that may interest you.
