Access the Dreamplace Club Agencies section and click on register. Fill in the form and submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email, and within 48 business hours after the review is completed, we will notify you of the activation of your agency.
Yes, it is necessary to register on the platform regardless of the bookings you have made with us previously.
Yes, you will be able to see the prices with your commission applied. You won't have to do any additional calculations. Furthermore, you can also check the specific conditions of your agency rate, the cancellation policies, and more information.
You will have full access to the history of all bookings you have made from the new agency area (bookings made before 09.08.2024 will not be accessible from your profile). This includes the ability to view all the details of each booking, as well as to cancel or modify them (as long as they comply with our cancellation and modification policies).
*We regret to inform you that, due to a scheduled maintenance in our system, it is not possible to modify the dates of your reservation at this time (you can cancel it if you wish). We invite you to contact us directly to assist you in the modification.
The method of payment for your booking will be by bank transfer. Once you have made your booking, within 48 hours, we will confirm your booking and send you a proforma with the necessary bank details by email.
Once you have made your reservation, you will be able to access a virtual tour of our hotel both from our website and from the booking confirmation email that you will receive in your mailbox. There, you will be able to select the room you like the most.
Once you have selected the room on our virtual map, you can request it directly. We will receive your request and will notify you as soon as possible via email of its acceptance or refusal (based on availability).
It is possible that this selection may have an extra cost associated with it (this will be indicated to you in the selection process). Please note that if your request is approved, this fee will be payable by the guest at reception on arrival at the hotel.
You can make the payment as soon as you receive the proforma with the payment details. The deadline is 7 days prior to the client's check-in to pay for the booking via bank transfer. Once the customer has checked in, we will send the invoice to your email address.
We recommend that payment is made in advance to ensure the availability of your booking and to prevent its cancellation.
Yes, you can modify basic user data such as address and telephone number. The email address or agency name cannot be changed from your profile. If you need to change it, please contact us.

If you want to make a group reservation for 8 or more rooms, please get in touch with us.
If you have a special request that we should know about in advance, such as reserving an accessible room for people with reduced mobility, please contact us.
