DREAM RATE

Get between 10% and 15% extra discount for booking on the website, by phone or, taking advantage of your stay, at the reception of our hotels.

DREAM Rate does not require payment in advance. The hotel will not charge any advance deposit: the payment will be made on arrival at the hotel.

-During peak season*, this rate can be modified or cancelled until 7 days prior to check-in time. In the event of cancellation, modification or no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel) within the 7 days before arrival, one night will be charged as a penalty.

-During off-season**, this rate can be modified or cancelled until 24h prior to check-in time. In the event of cancellation, modification or no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel) within 24h, one night will be charged as a penalty.
*Peak season: From July 1 to August 31 (both inclusive); from December 23 to January 3 (both inclusive); in 2022 Easter week from April 10 to April 17 (both inclusive) and in 2023Easter week from April 2 to April 8 (both inclusive). **Off-season: dates not included in the Peak-season.

-Cristina by Tigotan 5*, Las Palmas, this rate can be modified or cancelled the same day of arrival at the hotel. In the event of no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel), one night will be charged as a penalty. The payment must be made in EUROS on arrival at the hotel. 

-Tacande Portals 4*, Mallorca, this rate can be modified or cancelled until 24h prior to check-in time. In the event of cancellation, modification or no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel) within 24h, one night will be charged as a penalty.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE

We reward you with the biggest discount for making your reservation in advance.

NON-REFUNDABLE rate is not subject to modifications, cancellations or changes due to fluctuations in the price.

100% of your stay will be charged within the 48h after making your reservation.
If the amount cannot be charged (due to refusal of credit card, or expiry of credit card, or credit card that expires before on in the same month as arrival, or for any other reason that prevents the amount from being charged), the hotel will cancel this reservation and will notify the customer of this.

MODIFIABLE RATE

MODIFIABLE rate requires the payment of one night.

The hotel will charge one night as an advance deposit during the 48 hours following your booking.

For cancellation or no show (does not go to the hotel), the deposit will not be returned, that is, the advance of one night. If the payment fails to go through (due to the card being denied, expired, expiring before or during the month of arrival, or any other reason that prevents payment), the hotel will cancel the booking and notify the customer. Payment for the rest of the stay will be made on arrival at the hotel.

RESIDENT RATE

Take advantage of the periods in which you can enjoy special prices for residing in the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands

RESIDENT Rate does not require payment in advance. The hotel will not charge any advance deposit: the payment will be made on arrival at the hotel.

-On arrival at the hotel it will be essential to present an official document proving residence in the Canary Islands. Otherwise, the full amount of the stay will be charged without the discount.

-This rate can be modified or cancelled until 24h prior to check-in time. In the event of cancellation, modification or no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel) within 24h, one night will be charged as a penalty.

-Cristina by Tigotan, Las Palmas, this rate can be modified or cancelled the same day of arrival at the hotel. In the event of no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel), one night will be charged as a penalty.

In case of modification, it will accept the rates and conditions in force for the new dates selected.

The payment must be made in EUROS on arrival at the hotel.

OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will apply to all the rates described above

-The guest staying at the hotel, who is responsible for payment, must be the holder of the authorized credit card.

-In the event of early check-out or early departure, the total for the nights not utilized is not reimbursable, and 100% will be charged as a penalty except with the following reasons substantiated by supporting documents: death or hospital admission of one of the guests of his/her family members in the first degree.

-All guests will be asked to present an identification document during check-in at the hotel. Reservations with children: It is necessary that parents of minor children who are staying at the hotel provide supporting documents for the children (identification document, passport or family book).

-This documentation will also be required at check-in Prices in any currency other than the Euro will be the most accurate approximation to the exchange rate, not the exact quantity.

-If the hotel remains closed during your stay, the guests will be advised up to 48 hours prior arrival, and we compromise ourselves to provide a hotel of same category.

-Tigotan 4 * hotel, Lovers & Friendas, Playa de las Américas, Tenerife; It is only for adults (over 18 years old) and, therefore, access to children (up to 17 years old included) will not be allowed. In the event that we receive clients with children, Tigotan will do everything possible to relocate them to another hotel in the chain, assuming the client for the additional expenses.

-Hotel Cristina by Tigotan 5 *, Las Palmas, in the case of guests aged 16 and 17 (accompanied by adults), the supporting documentation must be provided (identity document, passport or family book). This documentation will also be required at check-in.
