Dreamplace Club is the loyalty programme of Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts, designed to reward your stays at our hotels. With each booking and stay you will earn points to level up, and enjoy exclusive discounts and other benefits.
Dreamplace Club features five tiers: Crystal, Silver, Sapphire, Platinum and Diamond.
The discounts and benefits for each tier are as follows:

Dreamplace Club points can be earned in three different ways:
The points accumulated from your bookings and stays are used to level up in Dreamplace Club and enjoy more discounts and benefits.
You can check your points by logging into your private Dreamplace Club area. Points earned from your booking will be reflected after checking in at the hotel. Points earned from expenses during your stay at the hotel will be reflected within 24 hours of payment.
To have the loyalty discount applied to your booking, you simply need to log into Dreamplace Club during the booking process. The discount will be applied automatically, and you will see the price with the discount already included.
If you complete a booking without being correctly logged into Dreamplace Club, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts will not be able to apply the corresponding loyalty discounts to the completed booking.
The loyalty discount can be combined with other discounts and commercial campaigns, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
Upon arrival at the hotel, ID documents will be checked to verify that the Dreamplace Club account holder is the person staying under the booking. This will not apply in specific cases where the holder's absence is documented and justified, such as for medical reasons. If Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts detects that a Dreamplace Club account holder has made bookings for third parties, it reserves the right to apply the rate without the discount and/or benefits and to terminate their participation in the loyalty program.
You can enjoy the benefits of Dreamplace Club and earn points for your stays at all hotels that are part of Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts.
Yes, if you book Flight & Hotel on our website and log in or sign up for Dreamplace Club during the booking process, the discount for your loyalty level will be applied, you will earn the corresponding points, and you will be able to enjoy all other benefits.
Individuals who are of legal age (18+ years old) can join Dreamplace Club. Registration and participation in the loyalty program are free of charge.
You can sign up for Dreamplace Club using this link or at the moment of making your booking.
You will start at the Crystal level and receive 200 welcome points and a 15% discount on your booking.
If you were already a member of the previous Dreamplace Club, you do not need to do anything. Your new level will be calculated based on the points earned from bookings made over the last 10 years through our website or call centre.
You can check your level and points by logging into your private Dreamplace Club area.
