Dreamplace Club is our loyalty programme, designed to reward your loyalty with Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts. We want every experience with us to be exceptional, which is why we've created this club – to suit your travel style and offer you exclusive discounts and benefits with your stays.
Any individuals over 18 can register for the Dreamplace Club Programme. Registration and participation are free.
Dreamplace Club has three membership categories:
Dream Member: You don't need any previous stays in our hotels to access its perks; you can enjoy these special benefits simply by registering as a user.
Loyal: This level is for customers who have stayed between one and ten times at our hotels. Upon reaching this level, even more benefits, discounts, and exclusive perks await you during your stays at Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts.
Super Loyal: For customers who have stayed eleven or more times at any of our hotels. As a member of this level, we guarantee you unique advantages and discounts with each visit to any of our Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts.
Dream Member: At this first level, just by signing up, you will enjoy exclusive advantages: priority late check-out (subject to availability and up to a maximum of 14:00), access and early booking of corporate offers, access to a virtual area with all the information about your bookings, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a welcome bottle of water upon your arrival.
Loyal: At this level, you will enjoy all the advantages of the Dream Member, plus an additional 5% discount on all your upcoming bookings. This discount is cumulative with other offers and promotions, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the offer.
Super Loyal: You will enjoy all the advantages of the Dream Member, but with an additional 10% discount on all your future reservations. This discount is cumulative with other offers and promotions, unless otherwise indicated in the terms of the promotion.

You can also register during the booking process of your stay before completing the payment. You will see a highlighted message to join Dreamplace Club. You just have to check the box, we will use your booking details for your registration. Being a member of Dreamplace Club is very simple.
*In case you have previously stayed with us and your reservations are not included in your Dreamplace Club account, please contact our customer services team to update your stays and your membership category.
If you are already a member of our Dreamplace Club loyalty program, log in and, if you meet the conditions, the discount will be automatically applied during the booking process.
It's important to remember that to access the benefits and discounts, you need to be properly logged in at the time of booking. If you make a booking without being correctly logged in, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts will not be able to apply the member discounts to that booking.
All members who are registered through our website or our customer support centre in our Dreamplace Club rewards programme can benefit from these exclusive advantages.
The advantages will automatically apply to the reservation holder who is registered in the Dreamplace Club. If you are part of a reservation but not the holder, you can also enjoy the benefits of our rewards programme by notifying our reception team upon your arrival at the hotel. We will register you in the club if necessary, and add your stay to your Dreamplace Club customer area.
It is important to note that upon arrival at the hotel, documents verifying identity will be used to check that the Dreamplace Club Programme holder is the holder of the reservation to be enjoyed. This will not apply in specific cases where the absence of the holder is justified with documentation, such as for medical reasons. In the event that Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts detects that the holder of a Dreamplace Club account has made reservations for third parties, it reserves the right to apply the rate without the discount and/or benefits and terminate their participation in the loyalty programme.
