This guide provides all the essential tools for using Dreamplace Club agencies, from step-by-step registration of an agency to how to complete the booking process.
Click on the registration button and fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation email and, within 48 working hours, once we review your application, we will notify you of your agency's activation in the Dreamplace Club Agencies.

Yes, regardless of any bookings you have previously made with us, you need to register on the platform to enjoy the additional benefits of the Dreamplace Club for Agencies.
You will be able to see the prices with your commission applied (net price), so there's no need for any additional calculations. You'll also be able to check your agency-specific rate conditions, cancellation policies, and more information.
*Please note that in some cases, the actual commission might be lower than shown due to exclusive promotions available on our direct channel that do not apply to your agency rates.
You can cancel existing bookings, but please note that the cancellation policy allows cancellations up to 7 days before the client's check-in time.
In the event of a booking cancellation once payment has been made, the agency will not be entitled to any refund.
Additionally, bookings can be modified up to 9 days before the client's arrival at the hotel.
You must make modifications and cancellations from your private agency area on our website.

The payment method for making your reservation will be via bank transfer. Once completed, we will confirm your booking within a maximum of 48 hours and send you an email with a proforma including the necessary banking details.
Once the booking has been made, you will be able to access a virtual tour of our hotel both from our website and from the booking confirmation email that you will receive. Once the room is selected on our virtual map, you can request it directly. We will receive your request and notify you as soon as possible via email of its acceptance or denial, based on its availability.
It is possible that this selection may have an additional charge associated (this will be indicated during the selection process). Please note that if your request is approved, the guest will pay this charge at reception upon arrival at the hotel.
You can make the payment as soon as you receive the proforma with the payment details, but no later than 7 days before the customer's check-in. Once the customer checks in, we will send the invoice to your email.
We recommend making the payment in advance to ensure your reservation remains available and to avoid cancellation.
Yes, you will be able to change basic user information such as address and phone number. However, the email address or the agency name cannot be changed from your profile. If you need to update these, please contact us.
Agency details cannot be modified from your profile, please contact us.
If you would like to make a group booking of 8 or more rooms, please contact us.
If you have a special request that we should know about in advance, such as booking an accessible room for someone with reduced mobility, please let us know.
