DREAM DAYS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the terms and conditions of the Dream Days rate?
The Dream Days rate requires a one-night deposit. This rate allows for one modification of the stay dates.
The hotel will charge the first night as a deposit within 48 hours of booking. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, this deposit (the one-night advance payment) will not be refunded.
If the payment cannot be processed (due to a declined or expired card, or if it expires before or during the month of arrival), the hotel will cancel the booking and inform the guest.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. Payment must be made in EUROS.
Furthermore, the Dream Days rate only applies to new bookings. If you cancel a previous booking to re-book with the Dream Days rate, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to reject the bookings.
Date modifications are permitted:
High Season:* Modifications allowed up to 7 days before check-in time.
Low Season:** Modifications allowed up to 48 hours before check-in time.
*High Season: 1st July to 31st August; 23rd December to 3rd January; Easter 2027 (21st to 28th March) and Easter 2028 (9th to 16th April), all dates inclusive.
**Low Season: Dates not included in High Season.
For Tacande Portals, High Season is from 1st August to 31st August inclusive.
Can I combine the Dream Days discount with other offers?
The Dream Days discount is stackable with loyalty discounts for Dreamplace Club members (an extra 5% for Loyal and an extra 10% for Super Loyal).
In addition, the Dream Days discount can be combined with the following temporary promotions:
- Tigotan:
- An extra 5% off for stays in May.
- A free cocktail at Café del Mar for stays until 30/04/2026.
- Tagoro:
- An extra 5% off for stays in May.
- Free tickets to Aqualand for stays during 2026.
- Gran Tagoro:
- Free upgrade from Deluxe Superior to Deluxe Superior Ocean View for stays until 30/06/2026.
- Free lunch at Beach Club Isla de Lobos for Gold Level stays during 2026.
