Dream Days FAQs
When do the Dream Days start and end?
Our Dream Days offer at Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts starts on 5th May 2025 and ends on 12nd May 2025 for all our customers.
What are the terms and conditions of the Dream Days rate?
The Dream Days rate requires a one-night payment as a deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation. It can be modified at no additional cost 48 hours prior to check-in. However, if the reservation is canceled or the guest does not arrive at the hotel, the one-night deposit will not be refunded. In case the charge cannot be processed (due to a declined card, expired card, or any other reason preventing the charge), the hotel will cancel the reservation and inform the customer of this. Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
Additionally, the Dream Days rate only applies to new reservations. If you cancel a reservation previously made with us to rebook it with the Dream Days rate, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to decline any of the bookings.
Can I combine the Dream Days discount with other offers?
The Dream Days offer discount cannot be combined with other promotions available on our website.
Loyal or Super Loyal guests of our Dreamplace Club can add their loyalty discount to the Dream Days offer. Loyal customers can enjoy up to an additional 5% off, and Super Loyal customers can enjoy up to an additional 10% off. Check the conditions for the loyalty levels here.
