Dream Days FAQs
When do the Dream Days start and end?
Our Dream Days offer at Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts starts on 26th December 2024 and ends on 2nd January 2025 for all our customers.
What are the terms and conditions of the Dream Days rate?
The Dream Days rate requires a one-night payment as a deposit within 48 hours after making the reservation. It can be modified at no additional cost 48 hours prior to check-in. However, if the reservation is canceled or the guest does not arrive at the hotel, the one-night deposit will not be refunded. In case the charge cannot be processed (due to a declined card, expired card, or any other reason preventing the charge), the hotel will cancel the reservation and inform the customer of this. Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
Additionally, the Dream Days rate only applies to new reservations. If you cancel a reservation previously made with us to rebook it with the Dream Days rate, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to decline any of the bookings.
Can I combine the Dream Days discount with other offers?
The Dream Days offer discount cannot be combined with other promotions currently available on our website.. However, guests who are part of our Dreamplace Club and are Loyal or Super Loyal members can combine their loyalty discount with the Dream Days offer. Loyal members can enjoy up to an extra 5% discount, and Super Loyal members can enjoy up to an extra 10% discount. Check the loyalty level terms and conditions here.

You will be able to book your stay at all our hotels on the following dates:
- Tigotan Lovers & Friends: from 01/02/2025 to 31/10/2025.
- Tagoro Family & Fun: from 01/03/2025 to 31/10/2025.
- Gran Tacande Wellness & Relax: from 01/03/2025 to 31/10/2025.
- Gran Tagoro Family & Fun: from 01/02/2025 to 15/10/2025.
- Dream Bocayna Village: from 01/04/2025 to 31/10/2025.
- Hotel Cristina by Tigotan: from 01/03/2025 to 31/10/2025.
