Our breakfast buffet stands out for its wide range of delicious dishes. We have two live cooking stations to prepare you a breakfast which is tailored to your desires. Choose from all you like: omelets with vegetables or cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages or sautéed vegetables. On the different counters you will find fresh fruit, cold meat products, a variety of cheeses, yoghurt with fresh fruit, a broad variety of breads and toasts (with grains, cereals, whole wheat…), cereals, different types of milk, jams, fresh fruit juices, salmon, roe , bakery products and much more…

ARECA is the buffet restaurant where you can enjoy both breakfast and dinner included: Breakfast and Dinner; The basic board that Hotel Tigotan offers is half board. Taste a variety of foods that will seduce even those with the finest of palates. *Vegetarians and those with gluten free diets are more than welcome.

BREAKFAST AND DINNER

BREAKFAST: Start each day with a freshly squeezed orange or mango juice, or any other seasonal fruit juice that is on offer, and how about a tea or coffee. Visit our bread corner with various types; freshly baked, with seeds, or slices to toast and of course you can find pastries of all kinds. We offer you variety of sliced meats (ham, chorizo, salami or serrano ham) and cheeses, along with cereals (muesli, chocolate or dried fruit) and yogurts plus much more a perfect Mediterranean diet. We also have the traditional hot breakfast such as omelette, fried eggs, sausages and bacon if you prefer the English breakfast option.

DINNER: Our everyday speciality is for you to find new flavours that are yet to be discovered. We have nights where we specialise in Eastern, international, Italian and Mexican food. We have several buffet isles where you can find high quality ingredients to make the salad of your choice, select from raw or cooked vegetables. You will also be able to enjoy soup, rice, pasta, and typical Spanish dishes such as paella, along with pizza, meat and fish dishes with various garnishes. We also have chefs who prepare the meat or fish of the day to your liking in front of you. And finally, we have an isle full of desserts, such as cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, ice- cream... and a surprise from our chef.
