*The resident discount will apply exclusively based on the geographic location of the hotel: Canary Islands residents can only enjoy the promotional rate at hotels in the Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands residents at hotels located in the Balearic Islands.

*In all cases, it is essential to provide official proof of residence (National ID card, Passport, NIE, or Residence Certificate) upon arrival at the property. If valid proof is not presented, the hotel reserves the right to charge the remaining balance of the discount at reception or, alternatively, cancel the booking under the no-show policy.
