BOOK YOUR ROOM IN THE REAL ADVENTURE ZONE
The new Gran Tagoro Hotel will have two areas: Zona Castillo and Zona Real Adventure. You can choose which area you want to stay in during the booking process.
The areas and all the new hotel facilities will be available from November 2025.
If you stay in the Castillo Zone, you will need to purchase a Daypass to enjoy the real adventure zone. You can buy it at reception during your stay.
Yes, if you stay in the Real Adventure Zone, you'll be able to access the Castle Zone, as well as the Castleland Club, gym, Vitanova Thalasso Wellness & Spa (with an extra charge), and themed restaurants (with an extra charge). The only exception is the Gold Level facilities, which are exclusive for Gold Level room clients.
Gold Level guests will stay in Gold Level rooms and have exclusive access to Gold Level facilities (Timanfaya Buffet Restaurant, Gold Level Swimming Pool, and Gold Beach Bar). Additionally, they'll enjoy these advantages:
You can now book your room at the new Gran Tagoro. Remember that the areas and all the facilities will be available starting from November 2025. Go to the booking process, choose your dates from November 2025 onwards, and select the area where you'd prefer to stay.
If you stay at the Hotel Gran Tagoro before November 2025, you will have access to all the facilities and areas that are open, except for the pool and the Gold Level bar (current Adults Only area).
