When will my room number be confirmed?

Once you request the room number you want, we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible via email. If the room you have selected is not available for your dates, we will suggest an alternative with similar features.

How can I choose my room number?

Once you've completed the booking for your stay, you can choose your room number from this page by entering your booking ID (code starting with M).
If you don't want to select your room right after confirming your booking, you can do so later, up until a few days before your arrival.

What's the cost of choosing my room number?

The cost for selecting a room number can vary. When you explore the hotel, you can see the price for each room depending on its features. For example, rooms with better views might be slightly more expensive than other rooms in the same category.

How do you make the payment after choosing the room number?

You don't need to enter any payment method to choose your room number. You'll pay for this extra at check-in at the hotel.

What are the terms of service?

This is an on-demand service, so the confirmation of the room number assignment depends on actual availability at that time. If the room number you've chosen can be assigned to your booking, we'll confirm it via email, and you'll pay the price indicated in the confirmation email on the day of check-in. If the room number cannot be assigned to your booking, we will send you an email offering an alternative.

Can I choose a higher room category than the one I originally booked?

Yes, you can choose a higher room category than your reservation, as long as it's available. Once you send the request, the hotel will validate it and you'll receive a confirmation email.

What happens if I change the dates of my stay?

If you change the dates of your stay, your room number request will be cancelled. You can return to this page and select the room number for the new dates.

How can I find the room that best suits my preferences?

Is it possible to cancel or modify my room selection?
