  • Is there a mini club in the hotel?

Yes, there is a mini club. It is open from 10:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00 o’clock. There is necessary a reservation 24 hours in advance.

  • Are there activities for the children?

Yes, there are activities for the children.

  • Is there entertainment for the adults?

The entertainment team prepares activities during the day. In the night time there are also different programs, for example piano music in the Bar Hall or every night another show in the Lobby Bar. Please ask in reception for the time table and the different activities and shows.

  • Is there a public TV room in the hotel?

Yes, there is a public TV room near the reception.

  • Is there a free WIFI network available at the hotel? Where is it possible to use it?

The free WIFI you can use in the Lobby and in the reception area. If you like to have Internet in the room you can rent an USB stick for 25€ a week in reception.

  • Where do I find the towels for the pool?

The towels for the pool you will find in the pool area. There is a wooden house and there you can get them and also change the towels in the time from 10:00 to 18:00 o’clock.

  • Can I take the pool towels provided to the beach with me?

The pool towels are only for the use in the hotel area.

  • What time is the pool open?

The Pool is open from 08:00 until 20:00 o’clock.

  • How far is the nearest beach from the hotel?

The beach is just about 50m from the hotel.

  • What time can we check in? What time is the check out?

Check In time is at 14:00 o’clock and Check Out at 12:00 o’clock.

  • Do all the rooms have a balcony/terrace?

Yes, all our rooms providing of a balcony or a terrace.

  • Is lunch included in the half board package?

It is not included in the half board package. If you wish to change dinner for launch, please contact Reception previously and you will be given a bonus (subject to availability).

  • Is there a restaurant opened at lunchtime?

Yes, the Bocana restaurant is open every day from 13:00 until 16:00 o’clock.

  • How many restaurants are there in the hotel?

The hotel has 2 restaurants, the Zurron, the main restaurant and the Bocana.

  • Do you offer parking service?

We have a garage in the hotel where our clients have a free parking space for their cars.
 

  • Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, you can use the safe free of charge.

  • Does my reservation include spa treatments?

No.

  • What time is the gym open?

The gym is open from 09:00 until 21:00 o’clock.

  • How does the Minibar system work?

At your arrival the Minibar is empty; if you need something just tell the reception.

  • Which are the TV channels available?

You can receive about 100 different channels in different languages.

  • Do all the rooms have plasma televisions?

Yes, all our rooms a equipped with plasma televisions.

  • Is it allowed to smoke in the room?

No, the rooms are all Non-Smoker-Rooms.

  • Does the restaurant take special orders for celiac or diabetic guests?

Yes, but it is necessary to tell reception in advance.

  • Does the hotel offer a laundry service?

Yes, you will find a price list at your arrival in the rooms.

  • Can I order an iron in my room?

It is not possible to get an iron in the room, but our laundry service also ironing the clothes.

  • Is there an extra charge for the baby cots?

Our cots are without an extra charge, it is necessary to tell reception in advance.

  • Are the pools heated?

Yes, one of our 2 pools is heated.

  • Are there indoor pools?

No, all our pools are outside.

  • Is there an internet room?

Yes. The voucher for 30 minutes or 60 minutes you can buy in reception.

  • Do the double rooms have a Jacuzzi?

No, the Jacuzzis are only in the junior and senior suites.

  • Do all the suites have a Jacuzzi?

Yes, all of the suites have a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, we also have senior suites superior, where you can find the Jacuzzi on the terrace. If you interested in one of these rooms, please do not hesitate to ask in reception for the extra charges.

  • Do I get special rates if I am a returning customer or a Canary Island resident?

Yes, if you get the Dream Card you can profit from our offers.
