About the Rooms
Is there a safe in the hotel rooms?
Yes, there is a safe in each room and it is free of charge.
Do all superior rooms have a sea view?
That depends on your booking. If you want a Superior room with a sea view, you will have to book this specific room type.
How can I arrange for a room upgrade?
Please contact reception or our Call Centre.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No, all the hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Is the cot free?
Of course. Babies and toddlers up to the age of two are included and they do not pay.
What TV channels can we see in the room?
You can see around 100 TV channels in your room, in different languages.
Do all the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, all the rooms have balcony and/or terrace.
Are there bathrobes and slippers in the rooms?
Can we have an extra bed instead of a sofa bed?
Are there fridges in the rooms?
No, they have mini bars. The difference is that they do not cool, but they maintain cold temperatures.
Do the double rooms have Jacuzzis?
No. Only Junior and Senior Suites have Jacuzzis.
What is the bed width?
Bed widths: Double bed 2m x 2m and Single bed 1.20 m x 2 m.
Are the coffee or tea makers in the rooms?
Initially, our rooms do not have a coffee maker, but you can rent it at an extra cost.
Sun bed policy at the swimming pool.
The swimming pools are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sun beds and shades are free of charge, but they may not be reserved.
Are the pools heated?
There are four outdoor pools. One of the adult pools and the kids' pool are heated to 26ºC.
What time do the pools open? And to change towels?
The pool may be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Towels are changed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Is the Spa free?
We offer a free admittance per guest for stays of over 5 nights. Children aged under 12 may not enter the Spa.
What does the thermal circuit include? Can any of its facilities be used separately?
The Thermal Circuit features a combination of hydro massage pools, swimming and toning; saunas, thermal baths and therapeutic showers, and they may not be used separately.
Can children use the Spa?
The Spa is only for people aged over 12 years old.
Does the hotel have an indoor pool?
There is only the indoor pool inside the Spa and access is by means of the thermal circuit.
Regarding Timetables and Shuttles
At what time can I occupy my room when I arrive?
Your room will be ready as from 2 p.m. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know.
If we arrive late on the first day, will we have dinner waiting for us?
For Half board guests, we offer you a "cold dinner"; the hotel serves a selection of dishes such as salads, cold meats, cheeses…
At what time do I have to leave my room on the last day?
Our reception must have your room key at 12 noon at the latest.
And if I want to leave my room later on the last day of my stay?
This will mean a cost of 50€ up to 7 p.m. and 20€ up to 2 p.m., subject to availability.
Do you have courtesy rooms that I can use on my last day?
Of course, we adapt to your needs. Our hotel has rooms which you can use, subject to availability and prior reservation at reception.
Do you organise a shuttle service from the airport?
Yes, we recommend you contact directly with our reception.
How much does the airport shuttle service cost?
This depends on the number of people. Please ask reception.
Regarding Hotel Services
What payment methods are accepted in the hotel?
Cash and the most commonly accepted credit cards.
Is there WiFi in the hotel?
There is free WiFi in the entire hotel complex, 500 MB at your disposal.
Do you have a childcare centre for children? When is it open?
Yes, the Hotel has a free childcare service for children aged between 3 and 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. You must book this service in reception with an advance notice of 24 hours.
Is there a towel service at the pool?
Yes, but you must pay a deposit of 25€ per towel. Towels may be taken to the beach, but remember to bring them back.
What is the price of the towel hire?
Towel hire is free of charge, but you have to leave a deposit of 25€ per towel.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, at extra charge.
Does the hotel have free Parking for guests?
Yes, the hotel has free Parking for the guests staying in the hotel.
Are there irons in the rooms?
No, but anyway we can iron for you. We have an ironing service, at extra charge. There is also an ironing room where you can iron whatever you want yourselves.
Is there entertainment for children, apart from the childcare centre?
No, except at Easter, during the summer and at Christmas. Further information in reception.
What time does the fitness centre open?
The fitness centre opens from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Is there any adult entertainment?
Entertainment during the day consists of games and some very mild sports activities. There is a programme of evening entertainment.
Can we hire cars at reception?
Yes, there is a car rental office in the reception area.
Do you accept pets in the hotel?
Animals are not admitted, except for guide dogs.
Can you arrange for a birthday treat (flowers, sparkling wine…)?
We take care of all your needs. So, we arrange for flowers, a bottle of sparkling wine… the price depends on the request. Contact reception to plan the details.
Regarding the Surroundings
How far is the hotel from the beach?
The hotel is only 50 metres from Playa del Duque.
Do all the suites have Jacuzzis in the bathroom?
Yes. All the Junior and Senior suites have Jacuzzis in the bathroom, and we also have Superior Senior Suites with Jacuzzi on the terrace. Consult the supplement at reception if you wish to book this category.
Do regulars and/or Canary residents have a special price?
Yes, once you have the Dream Card you can enjoy discounts on booking. Consult our offers for Canary residents.
Do you organise outings from the hotel?
Yes, consult our Dream House to obtain all the information you need.
Regarding Food and Restaurants
Information on dress code at dinner.
The ladies are always elegant. Gentlemen must wear long trousers for dinner.
Does half board include lunch?
No, half board includes breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant.
With half board, can dinner be changed for lunch?
No, with half board, you cannot change dinner for lunch. If you are interested in only a certain, particular day, contact reception and we can see what we can do.
Is there a restaurant for lunch?
Yes, the Bocana restaurant is open at lunchtime, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
How many restaurants are there in the hotel?
The hotel has 2 restaurants. The Zurrón, our main buffet, and the Bocana. Consult opening hours.
Do we have food for coeliacs or gluten-free food?
Yes, inform reception and we'll take care of it. However, if you want something specific, it will have an extra charge.
Do you prepare puréed foods for babies?
We offer a daily menu of purées for babies and toddlers; if you want a different ingredient or a specific purée, it will have an extra charge.
