Super Loyal: Reserved for customers who have enjoyed ten or more stays across all our hotels. As a member of this exclusive level, we guarantee you unique benefits and discounts on every visit to any of our Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts properties.
Dream Member: This level serves as the gateway to our club, from which you can ascend to higher levels. You'll enjoy exclusive advantages including late check-out (subject to availability), early access to corporate offers, exclusive access to your private area, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a welcome bottle of water.
Loyal: At this level, you'll enjoy all the benefits of Dream Member, plus an additional 5% discount on all your future bookings.
Super Loyal: You'll enjoy all the benefits of Dream Member, but with an additional 10% discount on all your future bookings.

If you're already a member of our loyalty program Dreamplace Club, simply log in to our portal, and if you meet the conditions, the discount will be applied automatically during the booking process.

To enjoy the exclusive benefits of Dreamplace Club, it is necessary to be the account holder. Individuals of legal age can enroll in the program by making reservations after logging in or identifying themselves at https://www.dreamplacehotels.com/.
The program benefits will not apply to reservations made for family members, friends, or other individuals where the account holder is not present. Upon arrival at the hotel, verification will be carried out by presenting identification documents to ensure that the membership holder in the program is the same person who made the reservation.
In the event that Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts detects that a legal entity is the account holder of a DreamPlace Club account and that reservations have been made for third parties through it, Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to apply the rate without discount and/or benefits and terminate their participation in the DreamPlace Club Program.
