What is Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts ?

Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts is a Canarian company that has 6 hotels: 3 in Tenerife, 2 located in Lanzarote and 1 in Gran Canaria.

Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, you'll find a safe in the main bedroom of each bungalow and they are free of charge.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

No, the hotel doesn’t have any rooms for smokers.

How can I make an upgrade to my room?

There are several options: If you wish to request it prior to your arrival, you can do so through the "Contact" form on our website or you can phone our call center by dialing 0044 203 608 7631. If you are already in the hotel, you can request it at reception.

Is the cot free of charge?

Yes, we have cots free of charge for babies (we consider babies to be children from 0 to 1.99 years old included).

How many TV channels are available in the room?

You can watch approximately 80 TV channels in your room, in different languages.

Do all the rooms have a balcony?

Yes, each bungalow has a large terrace with sunbeds.

Are slippers and a bathrobe provided in the room?

There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room, but you can request them by paying an additional fee.

Is it possible to put an extra bed instead of the sofabed in the room?

As the maximum capacity of the room is four people, adding an extra bed isn’t possible.

What equipment do the bungalows have?

In every room you’ll find a large fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a juice squeezer; plus the welcome pack, which contains a bottle of water and delicious cakes.

Are there irons in the rooms?

The establishment doesn’t have an iron in the rooms

How wide are the beds?

The double beds are 2m x 2m big and the single beds 1m x 2m.

Do all rooms have a hydromassage bathtub?

The Bungalow Deluxe Superior rooms have an outdoor hot tub.

At what time can I enter my room on the day of my arrival?

Your room will be available from 15:00. If you are planning on arriving earlier, please let us know.

What time do I have to leave my room on the last day?

The room key must be handed in at reception at 12:00 at the latest.

And if I want to leave my room later than usual on my departure date?

If there is availability and you request it beforehand, you can check out of your room until 15:00 paying an extra cost of €30 or until 18:00 for €50.

Do you have complimentary guest rooms that I can use on my departure date?

Of course, we adapt to your needs. Our hotel has rooms that you can use, but always taking into account availability and prior reservation at the reception.

What is the hotel’s sunbed policy?

Sunbeds and parasols are free of charge during the pool’s opening hours, from 11:00 to 17:00, but reserving them beforehand isn’t permitted.

Are there indoor or heated pools?

The swimming pools are open-air, at room temperature and chlorinated fresh water. We only have one heated pool.

When are the pools open?

The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 17:00.

Can children enter the sauna?
 

Kids aged 15 and onwards can enter, always accompanied by an adult.

 
What forms of payment are accepted at the hotel?

You can pay in cash and we accept Visa and MasterCard. If you have any problems with the payment process, please contact us.

What distance is the hotel from the beach?

The hotel is less than a kilometre away from Playa de las Coloradas and 1.5 km from Playa Papagayo, about 7 minutes by car. In addition, Playa Blanca has a municipal shuttle service that you can take very close to the hotel at the price of 1,40€, which covers the main areas of interest in the town.

Do all the rooms have a shower?
 

Yes, each bungalow has 2 bathrooms, all equipped with a shower.

 
Do repeat guests or residents have a special discount?

Repeat customers obtain a 5% discount booking directly with us

Can the hotel organise excursions?

Yes, excursions are available and can be booked from the hotel reception

Does half board include lunch? 

No, half board includes breakfast and dinner

Can I change dinner for lunch with the half board option?

With the half-board it’s possible to change dinner for lunch by notifying the reception 24h in advance.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes, you will find Restaurant La Bocayna in the establishment.

Is there a restaurant for lunch?

Certainly, lunch will take place in Restaurant Tacande Bocayna Village, between 13:00 and 15:00.

Is there gluten-free food and dishes?

Yes, you must inform the reception or the maîtren one day before.

Yes, on request with the maitre d', if possible 1 day in advance
