The "Tigotan" Raffle is organized by the company ZIDAY DE INVERSIONES SL, with Tax ID B76689264 and registered address at Avda. Alcalde Walter Paetzmann, 38670; Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and the terms and conditions of this raffle are as detailed in the present text.

The lucky winner will receive as a prize a two-night stay (2) for two people in our DELUXE room at the Cristina Hotel by Tigotan, with accommodation and breakfast included (A.D. regime). 

You can enjoy this incredible experience between October and December 2023 and from January to February 2024, subject to the hotel's availability when booking and following the terms outlined in these rules. Please note that the dates between December 22 and January 2, 2024, are excluded.

The winner must make their reservation 30 days before the date of the stay, always subject to hotel availability and will have to send an email to reservas@dreamplacehotels.com

The prize consists exclusively of a two-night stay for two people at the Hotel Cristina by Tigotan. It will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation by participants and cannot exchanged for another product or cash. 

The giveaway and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations. In addition, any tax burden that acceptance of the award may entail, as well as any expenses derived from the promotion not expressly assumed by the organizer, will be the responsibility and account of the winner.

d) DREAMPLACE staff (including employees of all group companies and their first-degree relatives by blood/affinity) may not participate in the giveaway.

The giveaway starts on October 24, 2023, and ends at noon on October 30, 2023. 

The organizer reserves the right to refrain from carrying out this promotional action if, by the end date reflected in the previous paragraph, participation has stayed within 100 people.

To participate in the giveaway, users must visit the giveaway post on Instagram with the username @tigotanhotels. To enter, they should leave a comment explaining why they would like to enjoy the beautiful sunset on Las Canteras beach and who they would like to bring along. Please note that comments containing inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content, or those that could violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed. Such posts will be deleted, and the participants will be immediately disqualified.

While following the @tigotanhotels account is optional, we encourage users to do so and explore everything we have to offer. We hope to be your preferred option for your next holidays, and we are confident that you will love what we have in our hotels for you.

The giveaway will be held on October 30, 2023, at 1 p.m. using the "EasyPromos" platform among all the participants who have followed the rules. 

The prize winner, as described in point two of the rules, will be selected randomly, and three substitute participants will also be chosen if the winner does not meet the conditions for the prize or cannot be reached. 

The winners and substitutes will be selected using the "EasyPromos" platform, ensuring transparent and fair results. Moreover, the platform issues a certificate of validity that the organizer cannot modify, confirming the fairness of the process. Any user who has participated in the event can request this certificate.

Once the winner is selected, the organizer will notify them by sending a direct or private message on their Instagram account. The giveaway winner must contact the organizer within 24 hours and provide their personal information, along with proof of meeting the requirements listed in point three of the rules. If the winner cannot be reached or does not meet the criteria, they will forfeit their prize, and the first substitute will be selected. The substitute will then have 24 hours to contact the organizer. 

The organizer is not liable for illegible text, telecommunication, mail, or internet malfunction.

Participating in the giveaway allows you to agree to the rules without reservation.

The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any moment.

The personal data provided for the giveaway will be processed by Dreamplace Gestión, S.L.U., to manage the interest. The processing is based on the participant's consent.

The participant in the giveaway has the right to access, correct, delete, object, and exercise the right to data portability regarding personal data. They can do so by sending a written request specifying the right they are requesting, along with a copy of their identification document (I.D. card, passport) to the postal address Avda. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to waive any claims permanently and irrevocably for damages or liability they may have against DREAMPLACE HOTELS & RESORTS. This waiver extends to liability arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

The organizer is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the realization of the giveaway or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize, including cases of force majeure. If any fraud is detected, technical errors occur, or any other reason beyond the control of the organizer affects the normal development of the giveaway, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.
