  • Are there towels available in the pool area?

Yes we will provide you with towels. We kindly ask you to leave a deposit of 10 € /towel

  • How far is the beach from the hotel?

Approximately 800 m.

  • Will the hotel organize airport transportation?

Yes, we are pleased to offer you this service through our webpage.

  • What is MP Deluxe and how much will you charge me for it?

MP Deluxe can be ordered directly in the hotel and includes: 1/2 bottle of house wine per person + 1 bottle of aqua per person + safe box + refrigerator (without drinks) + GYM + towel exchange without extra cost.

  • Can you provide us with information about entertainment for adults?

Yes, please contact our front desk.

  • Does the hotel provide a Miniclub and what are the opening hours?

Yes, our opening hours are from 11 am until 3 pm (subject to seasonal variations).

  • Does the hotel offer car rental service?

Yes, our front desk team is pleased to provide you with inexpensive offers.

  • Does the hotel offer as well special meals for people suffering from celiac disease?

Yes. If you require special meals we kindly ask you to give us notice in advance.

  • Are there nude-areas available?

The nude-area is situated on the roof of our hotel.

  • How much will you charge me for using the safe?

We kindly ask you for a usage fee of 2,20 €/ day.

  • Will I be able to rent a refrigerator?

The refrigerator can be rented for 2 €/ day. If your stay lasts more than 7 days we are happy to provide you with a package including 8 drinks for free.

  • Do you allow pets?

No, unfortunately we do not allow pets within the hotel area.

  • Does the hotel offer baby-facilities like microwave, etc...?

There are unfortunately no baby-facilities in the rooms. We are happy to provide you with baby facilities in a seperate area of the hotel though. Please contact our front desk for further information and costs.

  • Does the hotel offer special meals for babies?

Yes, we do offer a choice of purees for babies. Please ask for further information at at our front desk in advance.

  • What are the eating-times?

There are two different seatings: the first one takes place from 6.30 pm til 7.15 pm. The second one takes place from 8.30 pm til 9.15 pm. (Times might change in accordance to season, occupancy, etc.) - We will provide you with detailed information upon arrival.

  • Do you offer a laundry and ironing service?

Yes we offer laundry and ironing service, which is situated outside the hotel area and takes approximately 48 hours.

  • Do you provide an iron for the room?

For security reason we are unfortunately not able to equip our rooms with an iron.
