About the Rooms
Is there a safe in the hotel rooms?
Yes, we do have safe deposit boxes. Available for 2.20€/day.
How can I arrange for a room upgrade?
You can arrange this directly with us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, by phone or directly at the front desk (subject to availability).
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No, all the hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Is the cot free?
Of course. Babies and toddlers up to the age of two are included and they do not pay.
What TV channels can we see in the room?
You can see around 60 TV channels in your room, in different languages.
Do all the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, all the rooms have balcony and/or terrace.
What is the bed width?
Single bed 1 m, double bed 1.45 m and 2 m in the suite.
Are there coffee or tea makers in the rooms?
Initially, our rooms do not have a coffee maker, but you can rent a kettle through an external company.
Can you explain what the mini bar consists of?
The mini bar itself has no extra cost. But if you prefer to arrive in the room on the first day and find it full, then you need to pay 14€. The package includes 10 drinks and two bags of crisps.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, there is a hairdryer in all the rooms.
Sun bed policy at the swimming pool
Sun beds are free of charge, but they may not be reserved.
Are the pools heated?
There is an outdoor pool heated to around 22-25 degrees but only during the winter season.
What time do the pools open? And to change towels?
The pool may be used from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the summer and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in winter. Towels are changed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at reception.
Does the hotel have an indoor pool?
No, the hotel does not have an indoor pool.
Can you inform me on the nudist zone?
The nudist zone is on the rooftop of our hotel and you must activate your key in reception if you want to go there.
Regarding Timetables and Shuttles
At what time can I occupy my room when I arrive?
We can guarantee that your room will be ready as from 2 p.m., but if it is ready beforehand, we will give you the keys.
If we arrive late on the first day, will we have dinner waiting for us?
Yes, on prior request by you or the tour operator; we will always have this in mind and will have a cold supper waiting for you until 1 a.m.
At what time do I have to leave my room on the last day?
Our reception must have your room key at 12 noon at the latest.
And if I want to leave my room later on the last day of my stay?
You can request late check-out at reception at an extra cost (subject to availability and only if confirmed on the check-out day itself).
Do you have courtesy rooms that I can use on my last day?
Yes, they are booked on check-out day in reception (subject to availability).
Do you organise a shuttle service from the airport?
Yes, we recommend you contact directly with our reception.
How much does the airport shuttle service cost?
This depends on the number of people.
Regarding Hotel Services
What payment methods are accepted in the hotel?
We accept cash, debit and/or credit cards.
Is there WiFi in the hotel?
There is 500 MB of free WiFi in the entire hotel complex per week.
Do you have a childcare centre for children? When is it open?
We have no childcare centre.
Is there a towel service at the pool?
The towel service is provided at reception from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
What is the price of the towel hire?
This is a free service, a 10€ deposit will be charged to the room per towel, which is cancelled and refunded at check-out.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, the laundry is sent out of the hotel and the estimated time of the service is of 48 hours.
Does the hotel have free Parking for guests?
We do not have Parking, although there are various free parking zones near the hotel.
Are there irons in the rooms?
Ironing is not allowed in the rooms, but we have a special ironing room, you only have to ask for the key in reception.
Is there entertainment for children?
Yes, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (subject to variation depending on the season).
Is there a fitness centre in the hotel?
The fitness centre opens depending on the season (consult availability).
Is there any adult entertainment?
Can we hire cars at reception?
Yes, there is a car rental office in the reception area.
Do you accept pets in the hotel?
Animals are not admitted.
Can you arrange for a birthday treat (flowers, sparkling wine…)?
We take care of all your needs. So, we arrange for flowers, a bottle of sparkling wine… the price depends on the request. Contact reception to plan the details.
Regarding the Surroundings
How far is the hotel from the beach?
Around 800 metres.
Do all the suites have Jacuzzis?
Do regulars and/or Canary residents have a special price?
Yes, once you have the Dream Card you can enjoy discounts on booking.
Do you organise outings from the hotel?
Yes, consult our reception to obtain all the information you need.
Regarding Food and Restaurants
Information on dress code at dinner.
Gentlemen must wear long trousers or trousers below the knee; sleeveless tops are not allowed, except for small children.
What is the difference between Full Board and All Inclusive?
Full board includes breakfast, lunch (without drinks) and dinner (without drinks) in our buffet restaurant and the All Inclusive service comprises, in addition to the three meals with drinks, national drinks from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and snacks at the pool bar.
Does half board include lunch?
No, half board includes breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant.
With half board, can dinner be changed for lunch?
Yes, giving advance notice at reception and subject to availability.
How many restaurants are there in the hotel?
There is one restaurant and a snack bar.
What is the restaurant timetable?
The first shift goes from 6.30 p.m. to 7.15 p.m. and the second shift from 8.30 p.m. to 9.15 p.m. (subject to variations depending on season).
Do we have food for celiacs or gluten-free food?
Yes, inform reception and we'll take care of it. However, if you want something specific, it will have an extra charge.
Do you prepare puréed foods for babies?
We offer a daily menu of purées for babies and toddlers; if you want a different ingredient or a specific purée, it will have an extra charge. Contact reception on arrival.
Does the hotel provide utensils for babies, such as heaters, microwave ovens, etc.?
It does not provide them individually, but we do have microwave ovens to heat food and feeding bottles in the restaurant.
