  • Do you have a Safe box?

Yes in every room, the usage is free of charge.

  • Do all Superior Rooms have a sea view?

No, there are Superior Rooms with sea view and Superior Rooms without sea view, it depends on your reservation.

  • How much does the upgrade cost?

An Upgrade from a Superior Room to a Superior Room Sea View costs 40 € / day.

  • What is the departure time on the last day?

At 12.00 am.

  • How much will you charge for Late checkout or late departure?

€50 till 06:00 pm, depending on availability and € 25 until 03:00 pm, depending on availability.

  • Do you have a courtesy room, if we would like to depart late on our last day?

Yes, we offer courtesy rooms, depending on availability. The reservation can be made at the reception desk.

  • How much does the cradle costs?

It is free of charge.

  • Are the pools heated?

There are three heated outdoor pools, which have approximately 22-25 degrees.

  • Is the SPA free of charge?

Yes, each of our clients can enjoy the first SPA experience for free as a hotel courtesy gift. If the client would wish to come back it will have an additional cost.

  • Can children enter the SPA?

Only children who are more than 16 years old can enter the SPA.

  • Is there an indoor pool?

Only in the Spa (Thermal circuit)

  • Are there Coffee facilities in the rooms?

Yes, prior to reservation at reception for an additional cost.

  • Is there free wifi in the hotel?

Yes, there is free wifi throughout the hotel and you have 500MB per gadget each week.  If you exceed this limit you can purchase further access at the reception.

  • Do you offer a towel service for the pool?

Yes, we do offer a towel service.

  • How much will you charge for the towel service?

It is free of charge, with a deposit of 25 € per towel.

  • How far is the beach?

There is a rocky beach in front of the hotel and the sandy Papagayo Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes walking distance.

  • Is there a free shuttle bus to the beach?

No, we do not offer this service.

  • How far is Playa Blanca?

40 minutes walk along the maritime promenade, 10 minutes by regular bus or 5 minutes by taxi (cost approx. 4-6 €).

  • Is there a free shuttle to the town?

No, there is no free shuttle to the town.

  • Do you organize transfers from the airport?

Yes, we do.

  • What is the price for the transfer from the airport?

This depends on the number of people.

Yes, the reception will inform you about all activities and prices.

  • Can you prepare some details for a birthday (flowers, bottle of champagne ...)?

  • Are the clients of Half Board able to change dinner to  lunch?

Yes, please give notice until 01:00pm at our front desk.

  • Are there meals for late arrivals in All Inclusive or Half Board?
