About the Rooms

Are there safes in the hotel rooms?
We have safes in the apartments at a cost of 2,50€ per day and a 20 € deposit.
How can I arrange an upgrade of my room?

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Spanish law does not allow smoking in hotel rooms, they are all non-smoking rooms
Is the cot free of charge?
Of course, babies and toddlers up to two years old are included, and they do not pay.
What TV channels can we view in our rooms?
You can view almost 100 TV channels in your room, in different languages and spanning various contents such as sports, news, culture, etc.
Do all the rooms have balconies?
Yes, all the rooms have balconies and/or terrace.
What is the bed width?
Bedroom bed - 1.00 x 2.00 m
Extra sofa bed - 80 cm x 180 cm
Is there a coffee and tea maker in the room?
Initially, our rooms do not have a coffee maker, but you can hire it at an extra cost.
Can you explain the fridge?
The fridge itself is at no extra charge and you can use it to keep food and drink fresh.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, there is a hairdryer in all the rooms.
Are there microwave ovens and/or kettles in the apartments?
They have microwave ovens, but the kettle would need to be requested and a deposit paid, and comes with a welcome pack with a 1.5 litre bottle of water, tea bags, Nescafé and sugar.

Regarding Installations

Sun bed policy at the swimming pools
Open: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sun beds may not be reserved; they are for the guests who are in the swimming pool area. The hotel does not have a pool/beach towel service.
Are the swimming pools heated?
The main pool and the children's pool are heated, with a temperature of between 25 and 30 degrees centigrade.
Does the hotel have an indoor pool?
No, the hotel does not have an indoor pool.
Does the building have lifts?
The hotel has three storeys, and does not have lifts.
Information on accessibilty for disabled
The hotel has ramps at the accesses to reception, restaurant and bars, but on account of its special architecture, they are not found anywhere else.
May family members, who are not hotel guests, visit us and access the public zones?
You should ask at reception as the visits have an AI supplement and this depends on the occupancy of the hotel.

Regarding Timetables and Shuttles

At what time can I occupy the room the day that I arrive?
As from 2 p.m.
If we have late arrival the first day, will there be dinner waiting for us?
Yes, there is a cold dinner consisting in a sandwich, fruit, water, yoghurt, fruit juice and a bag of biscuits.
What time do I need to leave the room on my last day?
Reception must have the room key at 12 noon at the latest.
And if I want to leave the room later on my last day?
Reception will inform you on availability and any supplements charged.
Do you have courtesy rooms we can use during our last day?
If your flight leaves late and you wish to stay at the swimming pool or on the beach, we have courtesy rooms where you can shower and change (30 min.)
Do you organise shuttle services to the airport?
Yes, for this you should contact reception directly.
How much does the shuttle service from the airport cost?
That would depend on the number of people and the type of taxi you are going to need.

Regarding Hotel Services

What payment methods are accepted in the hotel?
Credit cards, cash and bank transfers.
Does the hotel have WiFi?
We offer free WiFi in the entire hotel complex. At reception, we also have an Internet zone and, for a small amount, you can buy vouchers at the front desk for its use.
You have 500 MB per week included in your stay; once they are consumed you can buy vouchers.
Do you have a childcare centre for children? What hours does it open?
Mini club
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed on Sundays
Is there a towel service at the swimming pool?
We do not have a towel service for the swimming pool.
What is the price for renting towels?
We do not have a towel service for the swimming pool.
Does the hotel have free Parking for guests?
We have no parking in the hotel premises, but it is quite easy to park in the street.
Are there any irons in the rooms?
For reasons of fire and accident prevention, we do not allow the use of irons in the rooms, but the guest laundry has an iron (on payment).
Is there entertainment for children?
We have a Mini Club in the mornings and afternoons, for children aged between 4 and 12.
Is there a fitness centre in the hotel?
There is no fitness centre.
Is there entertainment for adults?
Yes, there are evening shows and daily activities for adults.
Can cars be hired at the front desk?
Yes, there is a car rental office in reception.
Do you allow pets in the hotel?
Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Can birthday treats be arranged (flowers, sparkling wine…)?
We take care of our guests, so we can arrange for bouquets, a bottle of sparkling wine… the price depends on the request. Contact reception to plan the details.

Yes, once you have your Dream Card, you can enjoy discounts on booking.

Yes, ask in reception for all the information you may need.

Regarding Food and Restaurants

Information regarding dress code for dinner
Sleeveless tops and swimwear are not allowed, trousers have to be long or below the knee.
How many restaurants does the hotel have?
A buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
What does the All Inclusive consist of? Does it apply 24 Hrs?
This consists of an international cuisine and national drinks service. This service applies during certain hours and is not available 24 hrs. Ask us if you need more information.
Are all brands of drinks included in the All Inclusive?
Our hotel chain has a policy to support the national economy and the drinks are of national brands. Not all the international brands are included; some are available at an extra charge.
Can you tell me about the restaurant hours?
These vary according to the season:
The first shift is from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. and the second shift from 8 p.m. to 9.15 p.m. - Winter
The first shift is from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the second shift is from 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. - Summer.
Is there special food for celiacs or gluten-free food?
Yes, inform reception and we will take care of it. But if you require something specific, there may be an extra charge. We recommend you talk to the restaurant and kitchen managers for information on the different possibilities.
Do you prepare puréed foods for babies?
We offer 2 purées every day for toddlers. If you want a different ingredient or a specific purée, this could have an extra charge. Vegetable purées for children cost 3€ while fruit purées are 4€. Contact reception on arrival.
Does the hotel provide utensils for babies, such as heaters, microwave ovens, etc.?
Yes, each room has a microwave oven, kettle and mini fridge to keep food and drinks.
Do you have room service?
Being an All Inclusive hotel, only cleaning is provided by room service.
