Does the hotel provide a safe? How much does it cost?
We offer safes in the rooms for 2€ a day and a deposit of 20€.
When is the departure time of the rooms on the last day?
The departure time of the rooms is 12 a.m. Consult with the reception if you wish to stay longer and what this would cost you.
Does the hotel have a place where you can shower if you depart late on the last day (courtesy room)?
If your flight takes off later and you wish to stay on the pool or the beach during the day we provide courtesy rooms, where you can shower and change.
Does the cradle have additional costs?
No, the cradle is completely free.
Does the complex provide lifts?
The hotel extends over three floors, but it has no lift.
Are the pools heated? To which degree?
The main and the children’s pool are heated between 25 and 27 ºC.
Do the rooms have WLAN? How much does it cost?
We offer free WLAN only in the reception area, at the moment not in the rooms.
Does the hotel have an Internet area?
At the reception we provide an internet area. You can receive the tickets for this for an affordable price at the reception.
Can you organise flowers/champagne or another detail at our arrival?
If you wish, we can organise a little surprise at your arrival for your attendant or a birthday. Flowers, Champagne etc., contact us and we prepare everything.
Do you provide a towel service for the pool?
Unfortunately we don’t provide a towel service.
Are pets permitted?
Unfortunately we don’t accept pets, except guide dogs.
Do you organise transfers from the airport?
If you wish we can arrange a transfer to the airport and vice versa from the reception. Contact us and we provide you with the details.
Of what does all inclusive consist? Does it work 24/7?
It consists of food and drinks. This service is valid for certain times and doesn’t work 24 hours a day. Contact us if you require more information on this topic.
Do you serve all beverage brands in all inclusive?
The drinks are from an own-label, we don’t serve all brands.
Do you provide room service?
In this hotel we don’t offer room service.
Do you have a laundry service?
We possess a washing machine and a dryer that work with chips you can receive at the reception.
Do you have a mini club? When does it take place and for which age is it?
Our mini club takes place in the morning and the afternoon and is adapted for kids from 4 to 12.
Can you rent a car at the reception?
Of course this service is available at the reception, furthermore a service for excursions.
Do you have a special menu or dishes, for example gluten-free?
If you give us an early notice, we gladly prepare you a dish that fits your needs.
Do the rooms provide a microwave or a kettle?
We have microwaves; you receive a kettle on request and with a deposit.
Do you prepare baby mash?
Of course we gladly prepare a mash for the little ones, just tell us at the entrance and we organise everything.
Do you consider the wishes of the guests?
The desires and suggestions of the clients are very important to us: Our priority is the consideration and the maximum satisfaction of the requests of our guests. However you must take into consideration, that there are a lot of clients with the same taste and sometimes it’s hard to guarantee to fulfil all the wishes of our clients.
