Today we begin our communication with sharing with you our new pride and accomplishments, as they are thanks to you, too.

The new channels of communication such as this Newsletter and the new portals and social networks, allow us a direct communication with interesting information and deals designed for our loyal customers. In addition, this new bidirectionality is what serves as a vehicle to know what our customers are missing, what their level of satisfaction is and what should be improved.

For us, your opinion is essential and we try to answer all your suggestions. Your opinions regarding the team of Dreamplace are all transferred to the departments involved, as we believe that the feeling of appreciation sent by you is a personal motivation to achieve excellence. So deeply appreciate all opinions overturned.

Our profile of Facebook has already surpassed the thousand followers, and is developing a greater presence in other networks such as Twitter, Google and Youtube +, where we expect to have fluid communication with you.

So what we see on sites like Tripadvisor, Zoover, Booking, Holiday Check ... information channels of Hotels and Restaurants that feed on the views of customers, and where our chain hotels enjoy a good position: thanks to your criticism.

On TripAdvisor, whose endpoint is based on views, the Dream Noelia Sur Hotel 4* is at # 12 of the hotels in Las Americas, Tenerife, including 5* hotels and still above many. The Dream Hotel Gran Tacande 5* is located at # 4 of the hotels in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The Dream Gran Castillo Resort 5* is located at # 9 of the hotels in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, getting time to time to climb a position through which customers can appreciate the improvements that are taking place week after week. These processes are ongoing, and expect them to remain witnesses.

As for improvements, last year was full of news, especially for the Dream Gran Castillo Resort 5*, newborn last November through the fusion of Hotel Gran Castillo 5* and Hotel Castillo Papagayo 5*. This alliance has made a grand hotels and Spa Resort 5*, one of the most important of Lanzarote and the possibility of hosting an "all inclusive".

To Dream Noelia Sur Hotel 4* changes are continuing with the new renovated rooms "Comfort" with a very modern contemporary design. This hotel is located in the center of the Las Americas in a more than outstanding. In addition Zoover, the independent web reviews largest holiday resort in Europe, has returned to give the prize “Zoover Recommended” by last year 2011. Trivago, comparator favorite hotels in Spain, also has earned the distinction in the category of "Best star hotels Playa de las Americas."

Dream Hotel Villa Tagoro 4* has also seen new developments and renovations. In the areas we find a new playground and mini club, tennis courts and gardens. And the Superior rooms are renewed, achieving a contemporary design.

The Dream Hotel Gran Tacande 5*, used to reap rewards, closed in 2011 with prestigious awards such as Holiday Check Top Hotels 2011, Certificate of Excellence Trip 2011, TUI Umwelt Champion 2011, Zoover 2011 ... And this year, on the 2nd of June, Dream Hotel Gran Tacande 5* celebrates its tenth anniversary. For this special launch we are very proud and celebrate with you this important event.

i have booked villa tagora 3 times once we were put in noelia sur because it was overbooked which was first class as we were all inc they went out there way to accomadate us cannot fault villa tagora as the meals and staff are first class would definetly go back x
