Opening: Head Chef

Description: Reporting to the hotel director, the Head Chef is responsible for managing the hotel kitchen and kitchen staff, achieving restaurant cost and sales objectives, customer satisfaction in relation to his department, staff development  & APCC objectives, according to established goals and standards.
 
Requirements: Experience in similar position (4* & 5* Hotels)
